Guidelines
- What runs: how-tos, lessons from a job, opinions on the industry, project stories, advice for subs or GCs.
- What doesn't: straight sales pitches (book an ad instead), attacks on named people or companies, anything you didn't write or don't have the right to publish.
- Labeled as paid. Every Change Order shows “Paid reader submission” and your name.
- One link to your site or profile, shown under your byline. Plain text only; links in the article itself aren't clickable.
- Reviewed first. We may fix spelling, trim for clarity, or ask you for changes. If we can't run it, you get a full refund.
Next open issue: No. 1, Tue, Nov 10, 2026. Submissions close Fri, Nov 6, 2026.
